Marinate chicken for 1 hour with some ginger,garlic paste .
In a deep pan heat oil till fumes arises then switch off gas and let it cool.
Take motar pestel and add ginger,garlic,greenchilli,black pepper ,cumin seeds and crushed till paste.
Heat tawa or grill add 2 tsp oil and shallow fry chicken till golden.
Heat same mustard oil in deep pan and add prepared ginger paste then add onion paste and cook till brown then add tomato paste and cook till oil seprates then add powdered spices and salt and add chicken and mix till it coats chicken well and cook for 5min then add 1.5 cup water and cook it and cook for 30min on low to medium flame then garnish with fresh coariander.
For rice boil 4 cup water and add 2 cup rice and cook for 10 min till rice get doubles and soft then drain water.
Serve chicken with rice,chappati and salad
